This is a short, plain-English explanation of how Vindrix Ltd handles personal information collected through this website. We've kept it clear and complete. If anything isn't covered or doesn't make sense, contact us and we'll fix it.

What we collect
While the site is in its current pre-launch form, we collect a small amount of information.
From you, when you use the form: your email address. That's all. We don't ask for a name, a company, a phone number, or anything else. If you write to us directly at [email protected], we'll also have whatever you choose to include in that message.
Automatically, when you visit: standard technical information collected for security and reliability — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp, and similar log data. This is handled by Cloudflare, which sits in front of our site to protect it from bots, abuse, and outages.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless service that counts visits and page views in aggregate, so we can see how many people visit and which pages are useful. It doesn't set cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't identify you as an individual.
Providing your email is entirely voluntary. You won't be denied access to the site if you don't.
Why we collect it & our lawful basis
ConsentYour email address. Collected when you ask to be notified. Lawful basis under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a). We use it only to tell you when Vindrix is ready and to share occasional, relevant updates. You can withdraw consent at any time. Every email we send will include a one-click unsubscribe link.
Legitimate InterestsTechnical and security data. Collected automatically when you visit. Lawful basis under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — keeping the site available and protected against attack and abuse, and understanding aggregate site usage so we can improve. We've assessed that this processing is necessary, proportionate, and doesn't override your rights.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted third parties (data processors) to run the site. We share the minimum data needed for each to do its job.
- HubSpot, Inc. — receives and stores email addresses submitted through our form. US-based with global infrastructure. International transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension, with Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum in place where required.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — provides hosting, content delivery, bot/abuse protection, and privacy-first, cookieless web analytics; processes technical log data. International transfers are covered by the same frameworks and safeguards.
We don't share your data with anyone else. We won't sell it, rent it, or trade it.
How long we keep it
Email addresses: 24 months from the date you sign up, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. After that, your address is deleted automatically.
Security and log data: kept by Cloudflare for the period needed for security and abuse-prevention purposes — typically up to 30 days for live logs, longer where required for an active security investigation.
If you contact us directly by email, we'll keep that correspondence only as long as needed to handle the matter and meet any record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your data (the "right to erasure")
- Restrict how we use it
- Object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (where we rely on consent)
- Portability — ask for your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll respond within one month. You don't need to give a reason, and exercising a right is free.
Cookies & similar technologies
We don't use marketing or analytics cookies. The site sets a small number of strictly-necessary technical cookies via Cloudflare for security and bot protection (for example, __cf_bm and cf_clearance). These can't be switched off without breaking the security layer. They aren't used for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and sets no cookies at all.
Children
This site is aimed at UK business decision-makers and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through our form, email us and we'll delete it.
Complaints
If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, please email us first at [email protected]. We'd rather fix it than leave it sitting wrong.
You also have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority:

- Information Commissioner's Office
